• Information you provide may be used to check for conflicts of interest.

The confidential case inquiry form

Our confidential case inquiry form lets you submit factual information about your situation so that an attorney can evaluate whether the firm may be able to assist you. Please keep in mind:

• Confidential case inquiry form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc., our website hosting provider.
• The form does not provide legal advice, and nothing on the form page should be understood as an assessment of your legal claims.
• Submitting information through the form does not create an attorney–client relationship. However, we treat information submitted in good faith by prospective clients with care, consistent with our professional obligations.
• Information you provide may be used to check for conflicts of interest.
